This is a little more about our Apparel Advocate Program.

In 2008, we began a quest to reinvent how volleyball coaches and teams get their equipment.  This is how we did it.  We went out onto the battlefield.  Games aren't won and lost on game day....Wins are made in the weight room, at open gym, and at practice.  And that's just where we went.  We met with coach after coach in their environment to find out what really matters to them.  It is unequivocally this.  Coaches demand the best for their kids!!!  Moreover, they need a flexible and simple equipment program to spend more time in the weight room and less time looking through mail order information.

Thus, after combining decades of Volleyball experience with more than a year of program specific research and development we have implemented our Apparel Advocate Program. 

Here's what we did.  We looked at what we found from the coaches.  They needed the best price, an easy to understand system, and confidence in their supplier.  It was easy to see how the other guy's failed.  Story after story...the shortfalls were endless.

Next step was to move outside to study successes in other industries.  We quickly found a trend.  Commitment!  When it is an important task you rely on those that are committed to excellence.  You would never get your Triple Bypass done by an Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor, would you???  No, you would go to a Heart Specialist.

How do we apply this idea?  We only care about volleyball.  We don't spend time with football or basketball coaches.  We don't waste YOUR inventory space on Baseball gloves, bats, etc.  Excellence starts with commitment.

We think of ourselves as being a part of your volleyball program and not another “team shoe order.”  Our relationship as your Apparel Advocate doesn't end when we deliver your order.

A little trivia, before we decided on the name, Apparel Advocate Program, the Runner-up was, VPSPPTDNPMR, which is an acronym for Volleyball Support Program for the Prevention and Treatment of Dissatisfaction caused by the Nonsensical Programs offered by Multisport Retailers.  Obviously, the acronym was just too confusing....
